Report Misconduct and Protect the Company!

ERC.D GmbH is a subsidiary of the TEX Group. It aims to act ethically and in compliance with legal regulations in all business activities. The goal of the TEX Group’s reporting system is to protect the company, its employees and other individuals, as well as our business partners and other stakeholders, from damages caused by economic crime, such as corruption, cartels, and fraud. At the same time, human rights and environmental protection are a priority in our own business operations and along the entire supply chain.

Whistleblower protection refers to reporting misconduct, such as tax fraud, money laundering, or offenses related to public contracts, product and traffic safety, public health, as well as consumer and data protection.

The complaint procedure according to the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act enables individuals to report human rights and environment-related risks, as well as violations of human rights or environment-related obligations, that have arisen from the TEX Group’s business activities in its own business area or in the supply chain.

Reporting persons can communicate with the TEX Group while maintaining the confidentiality of their identity. Reporting persons have various options available to report misconduct effectively and reliably. In particular, reports can be communicated internally within the respective company to management or the supervisor, either in writing or verbally.
